FAQs

What is included at Spark?

We provide everything you need for a successful meeting: light snacks, meals, coffee, beverages, markers, flip charts, sticky notes, whiteboards, projectors, TVs, microphones, and more! If you have a specific need for your meeting, just ask.

How many people can meet at our location?

At Downtown Spark, we can accommodate as many as 200 people.

How are meals managed?

We work with our catering partners and choose the menus for each day. Let us know if anyone in your group has a food allergy and we'll make sure to accommodate them.

Can Spark provide facilitators for my meetings?

Yes! We have access to a pool of world class facilitators and thought leaders. Depending on your timeline and goals, we can arrange the best facilitator for your needs. We also design custom training programs for businesses.

Can I include virtual attendees with Zoom?

Yes! We have the capability to include your attendees in person and via Zoom.

What about Zoom breakout rooms?

We also have the ability to facilitate virtual breakout rooms via Zoom if your event requires this type of interaction.

Where can I park?

We have convenient parking available upon request for an additional fee, which is the PMC Garage connected to our space. This is located at 147 4th Ave. North, Nashville, TN 37219.
